Cancellation Policy

Ivanti reserves the right to cancel a course by giving notice of such cancellation at least 15 days (two weeks) before the scheduled start date. If a course is cancelled, the customer will be contacted to reschedule the course for a later date.

Payment Terms

Payment is due in full before the first day of class.

Credit Policy

Cancellation 3 weeks or more prior to class start date - 100% credit towards future class, cancellation 2 weeks prior to class start date - 50% credit towards future class, cancellation less than 2 weeks prior to class start date - 0% credit towards future class.
